The outcome of 29 years of providing Psychotherapy, Coaching, Facilitation, Educating and Mentoring in a host of different environments has brought me to a place where what I do is simply one thing:
I facilitate expansion from my highest connected self, hold the belief and intention that every person knows what’s best for them and can get there with some simple techniques repeated over, and over again, until they become a new way of being. Living from choice and on purpose, to enable you to be the person you really are.
Helping You Grow
I help people grow using everything I’ve ever learned and experienced through the art of focused dialogue. Growth is a process, a process I trust implicitly because it gets results and it’s never ending. We are always becoming.
When someone engages my services, I connect with them, provide a safe space and build a relationship based on trust. I use every skill in my armoury to collaborate with their own desires and creative energy to get them to a better place, where they have more clarity. Everything happens from here.
I work with individuals and small groups in a variety of contexts. Because the principles of personal growth are non-negotiable no matter the situation – they’re transferrable. Personal growth is also fun and can be a part of an event or get together.
