One of the best things I did was taking the first steps to talk with Judith. From the start I was super comfortable talking with her, I felt understood and knew I was able to talk about anything I needed without feeling any judgment.

I was first referred to Judith from my doctor and I was quite skeptical as I had seen many counsellors in the past and never had great results.

From the minute I met Judith, I knew this experience would be different.. She gives you the tools you need to help you overcome your issues and makes you think differently about how you approach things. She armed me with knowledge on how to tackle situations when they arose and this made me feel powerful and strong.

What I truly love about her is that she is also on her own journey, so she is continually learning and that makes me feel much more real when I need to go back to her and ask for more help.

Life is an ongoing learning curve and I will be forever grateful for meeting Judith and will continue my journey with her for years to come.
