I was thinking about the idea of a bucket list, the things we want to experience before we transition back to the spiritual dimension. Whilst I see the logic of it, I think like many other things it can develop into a fantasy that increasingly seems further and further out of reach, another list of unrequited goals. Bottom line – we either make it happen or we don’t. We let ourselves off the hook by telling stories about lack of time, lack of money, lack of someone to do it with, when in fact, lack of focus is generally what kills it.
Wherever we put our attention our energy will follow. Whatever we focus on will get bigger, so our habit of thought, our narrative, will be the most accurate indicator of what our lives look like. If we’re constantly thinking we never have enough time, guess what….
If we respond to an enquiry of how we are with a regular habitual response of– ‘not too bad’ or ‘tired’ …. likely the best we will feel is less than optimal. If ‘reporting’ that we feel less than optimal is how we get attention, how we get our needs met, then we’ll continue to do it.
If this is our daily vibrational frequency, then it’s going to be a path of resistance towards our dreams, always feeling that we have to push against something. So, the bucket list starts with every single day by attending to the narrative we have running right now.

The most alarming thing is that generally we aren’t aware of what we’re thinking about because it’s so habitual it’s on a loop and doesn’t need our attention anymore, our minds and bodies are making decisions without our permission.
We create our own reality either with or without our permission, it’s irrelevant whether we’re aware of our thoughts or not eventually we’ll live them. Just think about what that means.
Love and light,
Judith.
