We’re generally taught that nothing worth having in life is gained easily. That everything must be hard won and then we’re ‘deserving’ of it. If something does come easily it often generates a sense of guilt that it can’t or shouldn’t be that easy, others may resent us, we fear judgement and so we may even under-achieve or hide our ‘light’ or success to make others feel comfortable.
This is a common phenomenon which develops into lack of self- worth. Why should life be good for me? Why should life bring me what I want? I haven’t suffered enough to warrant the manifestation of things I desire.
Life is going to present challenges, but we can learn how to change our ‘point of attraction’, learn how to create an easier path.
This idea of ‘deserving’ and ‘undeserving’ serves no one in the end. It develops into an expectation that life is going to be hard and from that expectation we will develop a ‘frequency’ or ‘energy’ which draws us to a path of resistance rather than a path of ease and flow.

I like to use the term ‘worthy’ as much as possible in life and help others to connect to their innate worth. We were born worthy and then go through a process of learning instead that we must prove our worth based on a list of criteria generated by people and institutions outside of us. The work of personal growth is finding our way back to who we are, to develop trust in our ‘knowing’ and intuition and to live from this place.
We’re here to create, to expand, to experience freedom of expression and joy. To know our worth and expect good things for ourselves and others.
Go shine your light, be your best self, embrace all that you are supposed to be, and see what impact that can have on you and those around you.
Love and light,
Judith.
