Your beliefs
Words convey to others and to our world what our beliefs and thoughts are. They are laden with power in ways we cannot imagine, communicating to the universe what our expectations are. The universe in turn will continue to deliver our expectations and affirmations if our words and feelings are congruent.
Changing one word in a sentence can be profound and give us room for manoeuvre where previously we may have felt completely stuck. Habitual phrases such as:
‘I just can’t help it’ ‘I would like to but……..’ ‘It always happens to me’ ‘I’ve never been lucky in love’, are not only disempowering but will assure that you get more of the same, this is a universe of attraction ‘that which is likened unto itself is drawn’ so get ready for more of the same.

Worlds hold vibration like everything else in this universe. Changing a word in a sentence can take it from being rubber stamped with nowhere to go, to possibility. Language has a ‘feel’ to it just like everything else, some words are harsh, punishing and constricting, others hold promise. Take note of some of the phrases you repeat to yourself and others, and play around with the words to ‘soften’ the feel.
For example:
‘I’ve never been lucky in love….’ can become ‘My relationships haven’t been what I would want them to be, however I’m reaching for something better……….’
The energy is entirely different in the second attempt and sends a frequency out that invites something wanted rather than unwanted.
Be careful what you verbalise, your words will become things.
Love and light,
Judith.
